Terms and Conditions
By participating in Prestige Talent Solutions’ Referral and Bonus Programs, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the program.

$500 Joining Bonus
1. Eligibility
The $500 Joining Bonus is available to candidates who are successfully hired into permanent full-time or part-time positions, with a minimum requirement of three (3) working days per week.
Only candidates who meet all pre-employment criteria, including relevant qualifications, background checks, and reference verification, are eligible to receive the bonus.
The bonus applies exclusively to new hires and does not extend to current employees or internal transfers.
2. Payment
The $500 bonus will be processed and paid 14 calendar days after the candidate has signed their employment contract, provided all onboarding and compliance documentation has been completed and approved.
Payment is subject to the candidate commencing work as per the agreed start date and fulfilling the agreed minimum weekly work hours during this period.
In the event of delays in commencing employment due to unforeseen circumstances, the payment schedule may be adjusted accordingly.
3. Referral Policy
If a candidate is referred by a friend, the $500 bonus will be awarded to the referrer, not the candidate.
To qualify for the referral bonus, the referrer must be named during the candidate’s application process. Retrospective claims for referral bonuses will not be accepted.
The referrer must also meet any additional criteria specified in the company’s referral program guidelines.
4. General Conditions
The bonus is contingent upon the candidate adhering to all terms and conditions outlined in their signed employment contract.
If the candidate fails to meet the agreed terms of employment (e.g., resigning or being terminated for cause within the probationary period), the company reserves the right to revoke or reclaim the bonus.
The bonus offer is non-transferable and is exclusively applicable to the eligible candidate or referrer as determined by these terms.
5. Discretionary Rights
The employer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Joining Bonus program at any time, without prior notice.
Any disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these terms will be resolved at the sole discretion of the employer.
Participation in this bonus program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions in full
Referral Program

To refer a candidate, referees must be registered with Prestige Talent Solutions at the time of making the referral.

A referral can be made via email, the registration form on the website or verbally, and the referral incentive is only applicable when the referred candidate is a new candidate who has not previously registered with Prestige Talent Solutions or used its services. It is your responsibility to ascertain whether the referral has engaged services with or has been placed by Prestige Talent Solutions before submitting the referral.

Referees may refer as many candidates as they choose if the referrals meet Prestige Talent Solutions’ eligibility requirements.

Referrals are not valid where the candidate and the referring party are one and the same person.

If a referral is submitted multiple times from different referees, then the first referral will be eligible for the reward.

For the referrer to be eligible, the referred candidate must begin their employment within 6 months of the referral being received.

A $1000 eGift Card will be offered when the referred candidate is successfully placed through Prestige Talent Solutions.
• A successful permanent placement is defined as when the candidate completes 6 months of full time employment. -
Rewards will be paid in the form of an eGift Card which will be sent to the primary email of the referee, within 2 weeks following the end of the month in which the eligibility requirements were met.

The eGift Card can be self-managed by the referrer after they receive the payment email.
